Today at 1:45p I bought a ginger shot and asked for a full cup of ice. Sophie gave me a half a cup of ice and said we just ran out of ice. I stepped out to take my wallet and ginger shot to my car. Then went back to ask someone else if there was any ice. They said yes. As they went to give me the other half cup of ice, I saw the ice bin was pretty full. There were two solutions here: 1 If Sophie was being truthful, she could have let me know I needed to wait for the ice bin to be refilled, instead of turning me away with less than what I asked for. 2 She could have just said, “I just don’t want to give you a full cup of ice”. If Sophie was being dishonest, shame on her. BOOO for liars.
Ban services, the lady gave my juice to another persona who was after me and I had to wait another 10 minutes
Christian and Natalie totally made my morning! Great service and Christian recommended a great bowl . This place is a definite must go! Thank you Jamba Juice for some great workers that take pride in their jobs.
The owners of this Jamba Juice run this place terribly. They literally have 2 workers on a weekend morning. There a jam packed with people and the poor workers look completely over ran. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes to order
This Jamba Juice have a 10-15 minutes waiting line justo yo get to Order, they need more personal. I call and see if I could place an order but it takes me yo straight "we are busy". I used the app to order and it keep showing a error message supposedly ALL my cards have a wrong billing address, really?
The juice barely has any flavor. Seems like low quality produce being used
I purchased a large acai super antioxidant smoothie, sofia s took my order but I'm not sure if that's who made my smoothie. When I started to drink it I felt something sharp go inside my mouth. It was a chunk of some type of metal. Super DANGEROUS, I'm grateful I didn't ingest it. That is completely unsafe, unsanitary and unacceptable. I will NEVER be returning to this establishment again.
Went just before Christmas expecting it to be busy. I wasn't surprised when the line was out the door. I was surprised, however, of how quickly they took everyone's order, and I was even more surprised when I was out the door with my drink only a few minutes later. Honestly whoever was working that day needs a promotion. They always nail the order - speed and consistency is what I've come to expect at Jamba Juice. I just wish they would blend the smoothies a bit longer - I always seem to be left with a few chunks of fruit in the bottom although I could probably just request this of them no problem.
Love it! The employees seem so happy, all of them look happy to work there. You see a different face every time but he/she will be smiling. That alone makes me want to bring my business to this location. I could be beat after Muay Thai and want something fast and healthy, this place is perfect. It’s always clean, smells like washed fruits and vegetables, but the smiling faces is always a wonderful treat. They’re not phony, as if a bunch of bosses told them to be. I use to hate that as a kid with an after school job.
Everytime I visit they always greet me and the place always smells so fresh and clean. The menu selections are really delicious and healthy. There are even some amazing older items that aren't on the menu anymore that they will make for you like the fit and fruitful peach mango with soy.
