My Dad was in an accident in PA while towing a trailer home to MA from a car show in GA, two days before Thanksgiving.  Ray's came out and spent hours cleaning up the accident scene, and then towed and stored Dad's van (totaled) and trailer (severely damaged) for us.  Karen was very nice to work with during the month it took us to figure out what to do next with the two vehicles.  Mike brought the trailer back to MA last week, and my Dad and I went back to PA this week (4 weeks after the initial accident) to Ray's, to clean out Dad's personal belongings from his van.  Ray's folks kept checking on us, and seeing if we needed anything and Mike helped me move heavy or stuck items and even got a chain and lock back to us when Dad sent them the keys. Overall, everyone who we were in contact with at Ray's was helpful, kind, and understanding.  Glad they were called instead of anyone else!!!  Thank you to everyone at Ray's!!!  Margaret :-)

Our RV broke down in eastern PA.  We had a thread broken off in the engine block.  Our roadside repair send a mechanic that could not fix the problem.  Ray's was able to fix the problem right away and get us one the road quickly.  Their mechanics and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.  I recommend Ray's extremely highly as a great, reputable shop that will go out of their way to help.

Our Subaru's transmission blew while traveling from VT to PA. The staff at Rays are the definition of going above and beyond! They helped us get set up at a hotel, and in a rental car. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and professional. If I lived in Milford they would certainly be my go-to mechanic!

My girlfriend is in her way to John me in Texas and her car kept overhearing. AAA Wouldn't help, couldn't gat a tow and found Rays through google search. This place is the most decent, honest, hardworking shop I have ever seen. 
They got the car in, diagnosed it, tried to repair it to get her going but the engine is worse than we thought. 
We had to put it on a uhaul but only because we need to get down to TX by Monday. 
I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. They have my kids refreshments while we waited for a ride tot the hotel. Let our dogs run around their area, polite, professional, I could go on and on.
You need service, see Ray's. You will enjoy the experience.

Wow! Never had an accident before ( Not from this country so not sure of procedure here ). Completely ignorant of what to do so I called this place because the auto body shop Farmers gave me was booked until mid June. So I called these people, the woman on the phone was not helpful at all. In fact in my personal opinion down right bloody rude. I asked what seemed perfectly logical questions to someone who doesn't know what the next step is. I told her I had never had an accident before so I needed help.... Here is the first part of her response to me..... I JUST TOLD YOU BEFORE ( In a very annoyed and impatient tone ) ...... and proceeded to make me feel like I was nothing but a nuisance to her. Think I will just wait until June for the place that Farmers told me to go to. Obviously that girl on the phone is one of the reasons they don't recommend you use them. You have an accident ( Which incidentally was a hit and run so I was already upset ) you don't expect to be treated like your a pain in someones arse!
