The in-store experience with Ollie was great.  He was personable, helpful, took time, and answered all of our questions.  There was a glitch in the delivery: nobody called to provide us with a 'delivery window';  the deliverymen showed up at 8am (one hour before our building allows deliveries) and had to return at 9.  Once they arrived, they were friendly, professional and quickly set up the furniture.

The place to go when you need new furniture. It is good for the people that don't mind spending a little bit more for the great quality.

I visited recently to scout couches. The rep was knowledgeable but after seeing what fit our parameters we realized the options would not work. When the rep gave more info she got very rude and short tempered bc she knew more than us supposedly. When we decided to keep looking the rep was super cold and rude and at one point we sat on a couch too big but interested in trying it. She was following us and yelled across the showroom it was too large which made us jump and thought her sales tactics were crazy. At the end of the visit we realized we would consider reconfiguring the room for a longer couch but based on how rude she was once she realized we weren't giving her a commission we were so turned off and will not be buying anything from here. It's too bad because the furniture was really nice. I was very disappointed.

I sat home all day today waiting for my delivery. No one came or called me. I still don't know what happened. This company doesn't seem very reliable  Very disappointed
