I had a wonderful experience purchasing a sectional sofa with Eric. He was super helpful, knew the products in and out, and put up with me asking a million questions and changing my mind left and right!  Eric provided excellent customer service.

One sales associate working on the 2nd floor at 6pm on a week day. Horrible service. Waited 25 minutes in line to make a purchase. I hope this changes because the store is rather pretty itself and has a nice selection. That being said, I decided not to buy a pretty expensive mirror because of the slow speed at which EVERYTHING was happening. I would say this is a potential blow to business that is sizeable enough to address a retraining of staff and store management.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER! I am an interior designer with several experiences of orders never arriving or arriving extremely late (4 months, not even originally on back order for 2 sofas and a table to arrive -- all different orders/clients). 

Customer service is the worst you'll ever find; no one is willing to help and products break extremely easily or arrive already broken. 

RUN from this store before you're hypnotized by it's good looks. 

**also this store specifically sassed me when they couldn't figure out their credit card machine and told me it was my fault. How tf?!

Nice store except none of the products on display are actually available. You will always have to wait months before it is even ready to ship. Absolutely useless! HORRIBLE customer service. We ordered a sofa, and now completely regret ever doing business with this sad excuse of a company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
