I bought a living room set and got the platinum protection like suggested. Screws from two the stools started to come out and I was told thatnit could be repaired and if not then replaced. I called the service number and set up the appointment for them to come look at it. Someone came, took a picture of the table and didn’t even attempt to fix it. I then had to call to find out what was going on and was them told they couldn’t fix it and wasn’t going to replace it because of neglect, their words. I went to the store where I bought the table to find out why it wouldn’t be replaced like I was told it would be and I was told by one of the managers that it’s up to the service center to replace it or not and the best thing would be to speak to the manager there. Why have customers buy a protection plan if they aren’t going to do what they promised to do.

Customer service at this location was ok nothing exceptional or even good. Spent 2600 (No finance) on a bedroom set and it hasn’t even been a month and it already collapsed and cracked . Very very cheap and poorly made. There were screws missing after installation and to make matters worse didn’t receive my mirror until 2 weeks later because it was damaged. They didn’t even bother to address the issue or give me a call until I called them to complain I’m assuming they were hoping I didn’t notice. Looking into somehow getting my money back for this disaster . If it’s already broken fixing it won’t make much of a difference it will break again. Oh and let’s mention the fact that it takes about a week for someone to come and attempt to fix it so I am expected to sleep on the floor until then . No regards for people and their money. They should have a better return policy. Your better off getting the same cheap quality from IKEA for thousands less!

Customer service is terrible! I ordered a mattress, which was a resale due to hating the original one I ordered, on the Wednesday before Memorial Day. They proclaim next day delivery but I asked for delivery on the Saturday. Sat around all day waiting, never came. I called that afternoon and rescheduled for Monday, even though I had plans for the holiday. Once again no call from the store. I called late morning to get an eta and they said they would check with delivery co. I should be getting it between 12-3 but the truck is behind. She said she would call to find out eta and get back to me but no one did. I spoke to a supervisor who told me that according to the records, someone called me sometime Sunday and told me delivery would be on Wednesday, May 31. I told her no one ever called me and I gladly show her my phone logs. Also, I would never have made delivery for that day seeing as I have to be at work for 10 hours that day. She apologized stating that as it turned out this mattress comes from the manufacturer and not the warehouse and it was not available until May 31. Which puts the whole statement of next day delivery out the window. It's been a huge inconvenience for me having to strip the bed twice make the bed twice expecting my mattress to be delivered and canceling plans all because the store said my mattress would be delivered. They said they would compensate me 60 bucks back on delivery and an additional $200 for my inconvenience. The supervisor told me to call her on Friday to let her know when I would want delivery on the weekend. I told her I wouldn't know until Friday afternoon if I could get coverage at my job on Saturday. I called the store at 5 o'clock to let them know I could take delivery on Saturday. I asked to speak to the supervisor who told me to call her before 8 o'clock she was too busy to get to the phone. I waited until 630 and called the store again. Once again, she was too busy to get to the phone. I set up delivery with the customer service girl for Saturday and asked her how would I get an ETA saying it's this late and would they definitely be delivering for tomorrow. She said yes probably between eight and four but they could not give me a definite time because it was just going to be set up with the delivery department now. I'm totally disgusted with the store as a whole. Customer service doesn't seem to take you seriously. Supervisors pick and choose when they want to deal with you. When it's something that is clearly their mistake and there lack of communication with themselves and the customers. I will not recommend the Store in Bay Plaza and I'm even seriously considering not dealing with Raymour & Flanigan again. Hoping that I don't waste another Saturday waiting around for a truck that may or may not come.

I was in & out all taken care of and was made sure all of my inquiries were answered. Patricia the manager is really lovely and knowledgeable, great experience.

This store has the worst customer service. Placed an order on Saturday 04/29/2017 and still haven't received my couch. I keep getting the run around one person tells me one thing and the other tells me something different. It's disgusting that such a known store like this that sells expensive not cheap can treat their customers this way. First and last time I am ever shopping in this location again.
