I had a fantastic experience with this company. Raymour and Flanigan has a large selection of furniture for every room and in many styles and materials.Having an excellent sales person helps to navigate all the displays, and I was fortunate to have Maria. She knows the stock and, most importantly, is an attentive listener. Maria is such a talented designer. She listened to my ideas and came up with collaborative design options that exceeded my expectations. She's a delight to work with and will make your home beautiful!!

Short story: Spent over $3000 on furniture, only to end up with my brand new floors scratched with no remedy. (One photo of many) Long story: Moving into a new place I had brand new vinyl floors installed just weeks prior. The home was uninhabited between the floors being installed and furniture being delivered. The movers were rushing and rough with furniture placing them on the concrete sidewalk causing rough edges on the feet of chairs and stools. When they were done one of them showed me an iPad with a blank screen except for a signature line and advised me it was just a receipt for delivery. All handling of furniture captured on video. The house was completely empty other than the Couch, Table, chairs and stools they delivered. After noticing the scratches I contacted R&F and provided what photos I had. As well as time stamped photos of floors prior to delivery. On two occasions I drove over an hour one to take more photos as per request. My experience purchasing was just as bad . I spent weeks going to different stores, different Raymour&Flanagins etc. The day before I actually purchased they did not notify me of any upcoming sales. If I bought then I would of overpaid by hundreds on the couch alone. When I woke up and saw the sale I contacted their online chat who told me they would do a discount of 15% on the table and bar stools. I went into my local R&F where it was a catastraphy. They claimed I was lieing even with photos of the chat. Back and forth with the manager where myself and other customers could overhear. In the end they honored the discount, but I will now have to pay to have my brand new floors re done. Take your money elsewhere.

From service to sales - all are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful- not pushy!!! Relaxing when I go there to shop and plan.

I find them to be pricey even with their sales. I did buy a living room set Sunbrella fabric and it has held up nicely.
