Debbie G. was very pleasant to deal with. She came highly recommend to me and now I know why. I found her to be very knowledgeable regarding the store's inventory and she offered many useful design ideas and tips. She was not pushy and let my husband and I take our time in making our decision. The entire staff was friendly and the prices were great. The furniture was delivered right on schedule. We'll definitely be back to see Debbie again for our future furniture needs.

I was so pleased to meet Pia today at Ashley furniture Route 571 Toms River NJ. I have been buying New furniture since the mid 1980s and never had such a delightful experience as I did today. Pia was perfect very bright a kind heart extremely knowledgeable about the products and I was more than pleased to make my purchase today including the not highly priced service contract which brings piece of mind to my new furniture. If you’re looking to update the home I highly recommended Pia she will help you with anything you might need from Ashley Furnitue. Regards RT.

When I walked into the Ashley Furniture Store on Bay Ave in Toms River, I expected to be constantly followed around bombarded by salespeople wanting to “help me”. I never imagined I would have such a wonderful experience looking for furniture! Greeted at the door by Peter Giordano with a warm and welcoming hello was just the beginning of my experience with Ashley. Peter listened and suggested, showed me pieces he thought would interest me, and before I knew it I had my Living room set. And I had such a good experience, I also purchased a Dining Room set! Peter never pushed, suggested but didn’t “overpower” me with them. He listened to what I was looking for and knew exactly what to show me, never hurried me, never impatient, was knowledgeable about what he was showing me, answering all my questions and explained the delivery thoroughly and said please call me with any questions. A few weeks later I’ve come back to Ashley, with my Daughter, asked for Peter and again I had a truly wonderful experience buying more furniture. Thank you Peter Giordano for showing me that Quality salespeople work in Ashley Furniture, and because of you, I’ll be back.

Great prices and decent sales team , not too snooty and I think I actually got what I needed and wanted when me and my wife would to purchase a new fancy motorized reclining comfy sectional couch. I'm pleased and best of all the haul off your old couch for a fee. None of the lawn ornaments like I see way to much.

I give this place only one star! Only because the sales person was good! My coffee table arrived damaged and still hasn’t been replaced! My sofa is poorly made and is lopsided and yet still no one will help! I’ve sent pictures via email twice now and I’m told they will assess it! We paid a lot of money for this furniture and we are very disappointed with it! I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience at Ashley furniture! There’s just no good moral business ethics anymore!
