I cannot say enough great things about my experience today at Value City Furniture in Lakewood, NJ. I was greeted at the door by Brittany, who had a fantastic personality on top of her extensive knowledge of her products. Having Brittany as my salesperson felt as if I had my own hired interior designer on hand. She is such a breath of fresh air! I've already spoken about this experience to a few people and two will be shopping with Brittany tomorrow for furniture. I look forward to receiving our order in the near future and visiting this store for all of our future furniture needs. Thank you!

I am so grateful that I was greeted by Doug Hansen when I walked into Value City this morning. Doug listened to what I wanted, he took the time to understand my difficult room lay out, he took the time to show me what was available, and mostly he gave me honest advice for furniture style and color choices that would work in my home. I have been looking for family room furniture for over 2 years and I wish I meet Doug 2 years ago! Personable, honest, knowledgeable, kind and above all a great guy to work with! Value City......you have a gem as a salesman!!! Thank you Doug, you made buying furniture an enjoyable experience!! Ask for Doug if you're in Value City looking for furniture.....you won't be disappointed

I’ve been a customer of the Lakewood Value City Furniture for years and have always had such a pleasant experience. I’ve furnished my house and business using this location and am always impressed with their customer service. Delivery is always prompt. Matt and Britney usually help me and make my experience even better. Thank you to their staff and will continue to shop here in the future.

My wife and I went to Value City Furniture in Lakewood, seeking an affordable sofa and loveseat, having checked out a few other furniture stores first. On entering we were greeted by Margie Carney, who directed us toward living room sets and the LEFT US ALONE. No high pressure to shop there, no pressure to make a decision, just approaching us again to help us with dimensions on a sofa and loveseat we liked. We told her we wanted to give our kids a chance to voice their opinions too, so she gave us her card with the dimensions of the set we'd liked written on the back. We returned later in the day, and once again Margie was helpful in processing our purchase and getting the earliest possible delivery day. We were very pleased, and definitely recommend Value City Furniture in Lakewood!

Friendly but not overbearing salesperson. Great selection. Great prices. Couldn't find exactly what I wanted at first so I called the salesperson over and she showed me several couches that were what I was looking for. I walked out very happy with the deal I got.
