Buying furniture for our new apartment was becoming very stressful! We decided to come into Michael’s and I’m glad we did! The whole staff was super helpful! And their prices beat anyone in ocean county! We are extremely grateful for all the help Michael and his staff gave us! I went to Michael’s needing to furnish 3 rooms on a strict budget, and I couldn’t be happier with not only my beautiful new furniture but the level of customer service in which I received. I dealt with Michael personally and he was absolutely wonderful! He took his time with me in finding exactly what I wanted and not once made me feel like I was being pushed or pressured into a sale like all the other stores I went to. I was so nervous about having my furniture for the day I moved into my new home and Michael called me and kept me updated on exactly where my order was every step of the way. All of my furniture was delivered on the day he promised and the men who delivered were just as great! I will recommend Michaels to all of my friends and family! He not only offers exceptional customer service and a one of a kind experience but his prices beat all of the other stores around. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I cannot thank Michael enough for all he did!

Shaun and Charlie were very nice and helpful. The prices were great and if they  you want. If they don't have what your looking for on the floor they will search their suppliers and books to find what you need. They also have a lot American made options. I will go back there.

So I like to start off with. But I see a lot of reviews here. Most are good. Most are bad. I like to say my experience went beyond a perfect transaction. Michael and his team. Are very knowledgeable of their product. Whatever you need. They have it or they can get it. I can see some people complain in the store that the sales people argue with them but from where I'm standing the sales people are just trying to be honest and most customers don't want honesty they want the sales person to lie to them so they hear what they want to hear. So does that make it right to give an establishment a bad review because you want them to accommodate you beyond their control. I think not I have no ties to Michael and his furniture stores but I do know that I am a happy customer and when things need to be made right I can count on going to Michael's furniture and feeling good when I leave the store. I can tell you that don't shop based on bad reviews shop like you're buying a used car you got to take it for a test drive before you know if it's any good or not and the same goes from Michael's furniture. Because when people get disgruntled right away they want to give a bad review because they didn't get what they want.

Purchased a sectional, matching ottoman, two living room chairs, a sofa, and a eight piece bedroom set from Michaels. They gave me a great price for everything which was a lot lower than many stores. Michael the owner is very welcoming and makes sure you leave happy rather than treating you like just any other customer. The other salesman are also very polite and seem nice. The owner sat my girlfriend and I down and made sure we were happy prior to buying anything. After my purchase, I had a problem with my bed, and the store made the situation right. They let me return it before the warranty expired and fixed the issue without all the stress and contacting a million different people. I would highly recommend Michaels Furniture to anyone who is looking for a family owned business rather than a commercialized company who doesn’t take care of there customers. 5 Star all the way! Will be back for more furniture soon.
