ABMs managed poorly over weekends--often out of service and hours are too short. Very inconvenient

Employees here are welcoming and friendly. Has two atms and is wheelchair accessible.

The Service isn't good at all. They have the worst hours possible for someone that has a job, and when you try to contact someone to make an appointment you have to go through the dumb voice. This system has very limited options and you can;t get to where you want to without going through a long line of being bounced around on the phone!!! Just a simple question that would take someone at the branch 10 seconds to answer turns into a 30 minute phone bouncing back on forth phone call! I feel like closing all my accounts and moving it else where at this point. It never takes them this much time when i want to give them more money but when it comes to services with my money they don;t see, to have the human power or time to get back to you regarding that!

They are so helpful and look after problem even at their closing time. Thanks to manager and special thanks to Arni Saha, who look after my problem.
