After three deliveries of damaged furniture you would think someone at RC Willey would care.  For weeks my wife has been nice and trying to work things out.  When you lie to your customers that is not acceptable.  How do you delivery damaged furniture to the same house?  Do you look at anything?  Now I have a piece of furniture that could cause bodily harm and I'm told 10 days before we can get a replacement to you.  The kicker, we were charged for the second delivery.  Really?  I spoke to the sales person thinking that would get things moving, since he was great at the store.  90 minutes later and no call back.  I'm sure they are waiting for something to be posted on social media before they do anything.  So if you want lies and damaged furniture head down to RC Willey.

There is not a showroom there. It took about 20 minutes to pick up my item. I received the correct item the first time.  Thanks

Sales people at the store were great, the delivery guys did as was expected. The first issue was that our new gas stove was missing parts from the burners, I called as soon as I realized the problem and was told that they could pull the parts from another stove in the warehouse and a supervisor from customer service supervisor would call me back on Monday being this was Saturday. Monday at 5 pm still no call, so I called again and was told that the parts were ready to be picked up at the warehouse. At that point I had them make arrangements to have the parts taken to the salt lake store overnight so that my wife could pick them up on lunch on Tuesday. Tues morning my wife got a call saying that the parts were at the warehouse ready to be picked up, so apparently the last time I called nothing happened at all... I am really frustrated and remembering why I hadn’t purchased anything from RC Willey for over 10 years before this. The sad part is that Home Depot and Lowe’s have done much better with service after the sale.

01-19-18, receiving desk. Hostile to me as if I the driver was the cause of a scheduling snafu. They tried puffing up to intimidate me. Raised their voices to try to shame me. When I went in to check on the unloading they stared at me like "how dare I check on my load" big sigh. How small their world must be.
