I cannot say enough good things about this company! We used to always go to RC Willey for our furniture needs and then after being tired of over paying for mediocre furniture we decided to look elsewhere. As soon as we walked in and started looking we were greeted and received helpful advice as far and design and color went. The process of picking something out went very easy because of that. They were not pushy what so ever. We ordered the couch and it arrived when it was supposed to and even the delivery guys were fantastic. They sent up everything quickly and took extra care when bring everything inside. We got a great deal for some high quality furniture! I will be returning here for any future furniture purchases. Fantastic company!!!!!

Horrible place of business. 

My girlfriend and I found some gorgeous bookshelves we wanted on ksl. We went in, they didn't have any in stick so we ordered them. Paid upfront like they required. Said they would be in in about a week. Went there after 2 weeks still nothing. This went on for a few months till they finally agreed to give us our money back. Said they issued refund back to the card, but it never snowed up. They said to give it till the next Tuesday and still mothjng. Have called or gone in daily since and no one is ever there.  I don't live close by so this is a huge waste of gas and more money on top of the 300 paid for the shelves...

We have been searching for a nice comfortable but still stylish sectional for almost 2 years. We never made the purchase because we were hesitant to buy a couch online that we hadn't sat on. We found an ad for a couch from SACS and had a recommendation from my friend, so we decided to go to their store in Salt Lake City. We were pleasantly surprised with how many great options they had in their showroom and we were able to sit on the couches and make a decision for the couch that would work in our house. The customer service was amazing, and we even decided to pick it up for ourselves and they helped us load it in the trailer. We are recommending SACS to anyone who is in the market for a new couch. We have been so pleased with how awesome the couch is and get compliments from anyone who comes over.

I bought a couch from them less than a year ago and spent $1200. It is supposed to have a lifetime warranty on it. The fabric is coming up and turning into little balls. Like a bad sweater. I have tried calling numerous times, leaving messages. I’ve sent out 2 emails with pictures to get this issue resolved. And have not heard a word back from SACS. In my opinion, they just cared about making a sale. They don’t care to get back in contact with me regarding this issue.
For as much as I spent, it should last me more than a few months, even a few years. But now my new couch already looks like garbage. Every time I look at it, it makes me angry. I’ve had couches from RC Willey that hold up better.

I had a great experience at SACS furniture.  They were willing to stay late until I had picked out what I wanted even though I was being very indecisive.  They helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and ordered it in for me.  My items arrived earlier than expected.  They called me to see if I would like my items delivered early.  The delivery guys were very respectful and nice.   I had the items I ordered in my home on the third business day after ordering.  I have already recommended SACS furniture to friends and family and will continue to do so.
