We have been shopping for awhile and I wanted something original and unique to me and my home. I was leaning towards a couch in Park City I had seen the day before but it was a floor model and I wanted something custom. Walking into Basset we had no intention to buy but the no pressure approach and the beautiful displays kept us there for awhile. George walked us through the design center and made the experience enjoyable. We look forward to the custom couch we picked. Basset is highly recommended and we intend to visit there FIRST from now on.

I had such a wonderful experience dealing with George. I have purchased furniture in the past at other stores and this by far was the best experience I've had. George helped me pick out a beautiful couch and pillows for my new condo, and also made a trip up to my place to give me tips on decorating. I would strongly recommend going to the store to see the lovely things they have to offer and the service for everyone is wonderful! I highly recommend this place.

I have worked with this location of Bassett for a year now as an interior designer helping clients. The furniture and sales staff is amazing. Now I am ordering my own sectional for my own home. Bobbi Roberts has helped me through picking all the features and getting the order in and has been fantastic. Kenna is also a great design help. Thank you Salt Lake City Bassett!

My wife and I had the wonderful experience of dealing with Kenna Ellis. We have purchased furniture a several different stores over the years in the Salt Lake area and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Kenna helped us select the perfect pieces of furniture and she explained to us the myriad of fabric selections and styles we could choose from. I would strongly recommend going by the store and seeing what they have to offer before putting down money somewhere else. So many places pounce on you as soon as you enter the door and you almost get the feeling you are buying a used car. At Bassett you don’t get that feeling at all. You feel like they genuinely want to help you make the right choices. Thank you Kenna.

George helped us find the perfect dining set. He was great to work with and wasn't pushy. I loved the ability to chose just want we want. We've been shopping at Bassett for more than 10 years and prefer the qualify over the big box furniture stores. We'll be back!
