I highly recommend talking to Julie if you are in the market or if you are even thinking about buying a home. She helped me through every stage of the home buying process.

I was just thinking about buying a home when I contacted Julie. I wasn't even really sure where or what I was looking for. Julie patiently showed me houses and listened to me point out good and bad points. Eventually she found a house I would not have even seen the listing for without her diligence , she showed it to me 2 or 3 times before I made up my mind and put in an offer. I have been living in my house for 2 months and could not be happier!!!

My family was relocated to Charlottesville through the NGIC massive relocation program.  We took a shot at it and of course the first thing we do was try to get intouch with a reliable real estate firm. One of our fellow officer recommended Julie Kuhl's office RE/MAX Affinity Group which is located near Target along 29.  I'm very detail oriented and I was very pleased by the way my transaction was handled by Julie.  She was very helpful and she really knows the market especially Forest Lakes, where we bought our house because of location and excellent school reviews.  Thank you.
