Moved in Feb 2012 and had excellent service both with packing and moving.

Just like the other review say...poor! I'm moving across the country and Reads is horrible with calling you back! Two businesses days left before my move and no one has contacted me as to what time the truck is coming or any call to ease this stressful move. I'm paying $4,000 I expect professionalism!
