Realty World Lake Tahoe was opened in 2008 by Mike Phillips and Trish Hall who have been active Realtors in South Lake Tahoe for many years. They felt the need to offer an environment for their customers that would have no restraints in their efforts to provide the highest level of service and technology. As a means of achieving that high level of service they began to offer long term premium property management services in 2008 in addition to residential and commercial sales. The response to property management division has been enthusiastically received by customers. They continue to add local experience to the sales team which boasts over a century of cumulative local expertise.
