The place was nice and the staff was great except for the emergency line staff. The unit did have everything except for scissors. Everything was great! Spacious and very homie! Nice furniture and clean bathrooms!

Wonderful staff and great locations, have and will continue to recommend them.  Have used them several times for vacation properties and haven't had any issues.

A a property owner, I have fired them.  First, their monthly fee is 2-3 times as much as other quotes I have been given as I search for a new property management company.   My experience is that TRC is disorganized and inefficient and that from the top down there is an office culture that is anti-customer service and dismissive.  They are hopelessly inefficient.  As of this writing, they have taken 25 days and counting to clean and repair a rental so  I have had an apartment lying empty for almost one month.  They are very hostile if you ask any questions that requires them to do work. Emails are lost, phone calls are not directed to people who can resolve an issue.  I spend a great deal of time being asked who I called and who I spoke to so that they can track down the person who answered the phone - or possibly because they are insinuating I did not actually call.  Meanwhile, nothing is accomplished.  . I was told they would check on the property at least once monthly.  I know for a fact this did not happen at all.  It is everything you hear about the lack of professionalism in south lake tahoe topped off with a hostile work environment that encourages blaming customers rather than getting things done.

I have been renting apartments from TRC for three years and I will always rent from TRC. When our plow guy didn't show up this winter (16/17) it only took one call for them to get someone else to plow our driveway and the new guy is great. Anytime there is a maintenance issue they are quick to send someone out.
