Our realtor is Madeleine Gutierrez.  We highly recommend her because she is very knowledgeable about property and values in the Tahoe area.  She is quick to respond to voice, texts, and emails.  She followed through on questions, tasks, and facilitating communications with anyone else involved in our transaction.  She cared about us and worked diligently to list, show, and complete the sale of a family home in So. Lake Tahoe. This transaction had to be accomplished between two states and Madeleine was completely capable with these circumstances.  Madeleine is  respectful and deserving of respect.  We are completely satisfied with our experience and couldn't be more please with the outcome.

We have been coming to South Lake Tahoe for years and have always wanted to find the "right" property number one & number two to find someone who was very professional -- We found a GREAT agent in Michael Owen at Coldwell Banker.
Since we live out of the area, he used GoToMeeting for a live video conference & we reviewed properties right there. He was knows Tahoe.

Michael Owen helped us find the perfect fit for our family in South Lake Tahoe. He was glad to share his local South Lake Tahoe knowledge, if you live in the bay area and are looking for a second home for family vacations or rentals. He is great !

save some time. you have to be behind their back to get your deposits. they really dont' care how your experience is. they didn't even have the courtesy to verify that shower works in master bedroom before renting the property. service is pathetic. it's been more than 2 weeks since i rented and i am running behind them to get the deposit back. they mentioned that it would be refunded  in 10 days earlier.

Not really happy with the service. 2 star is only for the decent house

Don't bother. We applied for a cottage. They took our $60 application fee but never checked our credit and never called any of our references. So basically they took our money for nothing! I requested our money back because they did nothing for it and he refused to return our money.
