My kids decided to meet here for dinner on a snow evening. I haven’t visited this franchise in 20 years. Upon entering the restaurant, there’s a foul odor for starters. From the look of the front end staff’s face I realized that they’re short staffed probably due to the weather. After waiting in the lobby for a while and eventually getting the staff attention to keep us informed of the wait time since I noticed they weren’t busy. Obviously, her reaction wasn’t welcoming. We decided to sit at the bar. The only reason for my feedback is the odor during our entire visit. Very unpleasant & unwelcoming! Otherwise, the bartender was pleasant and friendly.

My mom and I always loved this one. We live near Baltimore Pike. Unfortunately a couple Sundays we went and was very disappointed. The service and the food was not good. We both ordered the Lobster Dream. Nothing was hot, it Sat out too long. Salads and bread was the best thing we had. Spent over $100. Not happy. 😣😣

The Red Lobster on Route 38 in Cherry Hill is a great place for seafood lovers. I was just there recently for Lobster Fest, which was delicious-- the lobster tasted fresh and our waiter was warm and welcoming. Other favorites for me are the salmon, or the fish and chips. You really need a car to get there unless your adventurous, but it's worth the drive.

My wife and I signed up on the online join the wait list feature. We arrived at the restaurant to be told that it would be an additional 30 minute wait. We could clearly see several tables that just needed to be cleaned. If they simply did their jobs they wouldn't have had an insane wait time. The hostess also ignored us after giving her our info and never bothered to tell us what was going on until we pressed for information. Painfully unprofessional. We did not stay.

Every experience I have had here has been a pleasant one, and this time was no different. Always good food and great customer service.
