What made this place two stars were the people cheering “E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles!” The night before the Super Bowl. The salmon and chicken were dry, service was polite but kept us waiting and the drinks were pretty strong. (Always good) The prices are too high for the quality of food that is served. One would expect expertly crafted meals with new tastes bursting with creativity but they fall short.

Bottom Line: I wouldn’t return except maybe for happy hour-unknown if they even offer it

A tad slow w service in their private room..and it felt like an oven in there.  The bar area operated well.  FOOD was good but my dad order was cold

The Kona-crusted new york strip is seriously delicious. That's basically the reason I went here with my girlfriend. She got the filet. I didn't try it, but she loved it. My only complaint was that they sat us in some back corner that was either cold or hot. The AC was directly on us. There was no nice neutral zone. Everything was delicious though. I had the lobster bisque and it was almost filled entirely with meat. We also took the apple dessert home. That was awesome after tossing it in the oven for a few minutes. The service was also great. James was very helpful and was able to get drinks right away.

Nice atmosphere. I had the chicken, my fiance had steak and we have had better. It was an expensive dinner that didn't impress us at all

Worst birthday dinner EVER!!! I made reservations for my boyfriend and I since it was his birthday and the dinner experience was a disaster. You can't make up for memories. I ordered the Salmon which was good but the sides were average at best but the disaster part was with my boyfriend's steak. He order a medium steak but the chef could not make that happen if his life depended on it. The steak got sent back to the kitchen twice and when the steak came for the third time it was completely missing the special rub and flavor it comes with. The manager didn't care and they did NOTHING to compensate for the terrible time we had having to wait so long for the steak to be cooked right. Not even by the third time was it right but closer than the other two. I didn't need a free meal even without the steak on the bill the bill would have been over $200 because we ordered drinks and sides. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to the one in Cherry Hill. We've gone to many Capital Grille's around the U.S. but this was the worst of the worst and they did NOT care if they ruined our special night. If you have a special event to celebrate DO NOT do it at this location EVER. You can't make up for ruining a birthday dinner. The waitress was ok but the manager was not fit to oversee a restaurant like this.
