Two of us arrived for lunch around 12:45, not an unusual time for lunch. The restaurant was maybe a quarter full and the staff was scrambling to deal with the crowd. We placed her order, our drinks were served, our soup arrived, our salad arrived, and our entree arrived before we received any biscuits. Every time we asked we were told that the kitchen was making them they were so busy because of all of the people that were there for lunch and expectedly. It was a birthday lunch and a celebration so two of us had Lobster which you would expect at a place called Red Lobster. The lobster was so rubbery and chewy you could hardly eat it. I think that probably what happened was it had been frozen and was cooked Frozen. We had no refill on our drinks and finally wound up to stacking or dirty plates somewhere else. Again the excuse was all of the people that were there. It was a horrible horrible experience the level of service, the level of caring, but most of all the nasty food.

I have been eating here for years and this place has gone down hill. My wife and I had dinner here last night and I can honestly say that is the worst food I have ever had. My wife had to return her dinner and the replacement was just as bad!!!! I had Alaska King crab and it was served up with a dozen or more small pieces. It was awful. After eating here for years we will never return. Might be new Management????

Wife and I both had the trout dinner, with baked potato and green beans.  Also had both of us had a cup of clam chowder,  I had claw slaw while she had a salad. About two hours after we arrived back home, I had stomach cramps and diarrhea.  A half hour later, my wife came down with the same symptoms.  Something in that meal caused that.  We think is was the clam chowder.  I am calling the Board of Health on Monday and request they immediately inspect that place.

This is a Red Lobster. Salty and fat laden comfort sea food. Service, speed, and flavors are as expected for a chain restaurant. No complaints.
