The biscuits were delicious, as always. The food was good, but it took a long time to get it, and they weren't busy! The service was very poor. The waitress had a gigantic chip on her shoulder and it showed in her interaction with us, from the very beginning to the end of the meal. I would not return to the Bismarck Red Lobster. In the past, we have had good service and pleasant servers, but not this time. I'll take Red Lobster in Olathe, KS anytime. Food and service were outstanding.

Would have given a five star rating if during shrimp fest we could have ordered two refills at a time. Our server was also less than attentive. Could have eaten and left in half the time. However, the shrimp was very good and served hot.

We came in about 7:30pm Wednesday and found the restaurant fairly crowded. I'm thinking that's about normal for a week night at this popular location. Immediate seating for our party of two. We ordered drinks and appetizers from our server Kari. She is affable, knowledgeable about the menu, and spot on efficient. A beer for me, a caramel martini for my date, and lobster stuffed mushrooms to share. They arrived reasonably quick for how busy they were. The shrooms we great! I ordered fish and chips, and lobster bisque. She had the lobster and red shrimp. She loved her dish, i found the fish over cooked. Over all great experience.

Waitress was awesome, food not so good anymore. Ordered Crab cakes as a side for meal, weren't even fried, just plopped on plate. Others with me had half cooked Seafood too. I hope it gets better as I love good seafood, but not what I was was given 7/15/17

The food is amazing! Great decor. Delicious seafood. Accommodating waiters and waitresses.
