Their sweet and sour chicken reminds me of my mom's. Light breading and good chicken. The sauce is thick, brown, with small pieces of pineapple and green bell pepper. This dish reminds me of home. Love their bright, crunchy green beans with the silken tofu. This is a good lunch combo option. Light, good for you, and you don't feel sleepy eating after.

I usually love Red Maple and have a good experience, however, this time I'm extremely upset with their customer service over the phone. I went over my information with the man on the phone twice and he confirmed it with me, however more than an hour later there is no delivery. I tried to be patient because I know how busy they get,but an hour and twenty minutes later I worried maybe there was a misunderstanding so I called to ask if I had to pick it up and the same guy yelled at me saying they couldn't find the address because he got it wrong. Mind you, he was blaming ME. I try to be understanding because my dad is also asian and has an accent, but he was blaming ME and I do not have an accent so I don't understand how this is my fault. He then said the driver was looking for our house and hung up on me. And I'm sitting here wondering if they couldn't find the address why couldn't they have called me? I've been in their system for awhile now. Extremely irritated with the man on the phone. Please put someone that's human on the phone.

Paid $14 for a dinner combination. They left out all of the appetizers. I realized when I got home that I got all the sauces for the sides but none of the actual sides. Called to let them know since they deliver, figuring they could drop it off since they left it out but no. They refused to drop it off. So I guess when you pick up from there you need to look in each of the boxes to make sure it's all the since they don't go out of their way to fix their mistakes either.

Pretty good food. Large portion good for family gethering. I'd come here more often but I'm just a traveler passing by. Good service too.

My two daughters and I went to Red Maple tonight to do something special because my daughter came into town unexpectedly. It was very busy but we were seated right away which was great. However, we ordered our food and then waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally one plate was brought to us, one daughter's food. Then we waited and waited and waited. We knew there was a big group in the other room, a wedding group I think, but we actually saw two groups of eight people come in after us, get their food,eat and leave while we were waiting. At one point I went over to our waitress and asked her about our food. Her answer was "We have a big group in the back. They are still cooking it". Finally after waiting for our food for an HOUR we decided to leave. When we told the cashier we were leaving and why, there was no apology or anything. It was like she didn't even care. Our feeling is if the restaurant is going to have a large group like they did tonight the management should schedule more cooks and servers to handle the extra load or close the restaurant for the party. I must say I love Red Maples's food but their service was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere ever. And I don't think I will go back there
