Great customer service. The store is clean and the employee was very helpful when I went back with a complaint about my boots. So as far as I'm concerned I'll be back and would recommend. If it's your first time buying proper work boots I would advise you to let them know what kind of work you do and I'm sure he will find something to match it.

Zack is an excellent person. Helped me get sized correctly and also informed me when they have their sales. I would recommend Red Wing if you need a solid pair of work boots this is where to go.

Store manager asked me what kind of work I did and steered me in the correct direction for work boots suitable for my occupation.

Staff helped me check my size and try on a pair of boots. The worker didn't tell me information about how the boots are supposed to fit, and didn't give me any information on the boots. Although I didn't specifically ask, I feel like it would have been a good thing to do while I was trying on the boots (like most other places). Overall I am satisfied.

I got a pair of boots off of the truck. I didn't get to walk around in them because it was down pouring outside. So I went to the store to exchange them and that wasn't a problem. They said the pair I wanted they'd have to order. The said they'd have in a week and would call me. Two weeks went by so I called. The guy I talked to said they don't even make the style I wanted in my size. So now I have to go back in the store and order a different pair and possibly have to wait another week to get them.
