The visit and the fitting was nice but the staff said they had to order the boots in. Said the longest could be up to a couple of weeks. So I waited a week and called said they wouldn’t be out for shipping to the store until the February 19th. The man that I spoke with said that he would try to see what he could do as far as getting a pair there sooner, I also told him I wouldn’t mind to pay extra for shipping. I called back today only to fiend out that they was placed on back order. So for a week they had them on a order back order list no one called me to let me know they was on back order. When it came to that aspect of knowing if they was was on any sort of a back order you’d think that might be rather important to know upon the day I went there to be fitted and told that was what I needed. When I was on the phone with the guy I had asked him if any other store in Ohio or any neighboring states had a pair, he then replied, I can only look it up by the Columbus region. I asked again there’s no other way you could reach out to other stores to see outside of the Columbus region. He said no. So me being me I called the corporate office and had asked the same question and the lady that I spoke with said Springfield Ohio should have them she told me to call and check and witch I did and the lady out in Springfield Ohio said that she had 2 pair of exactly what I needed. It just sucks that I had to go to such great lengths as of calling the corporate office just to see if there was any of that kind of boots in the state, and to also fiend out that the guy that I spoke with could have done the same thing for when you search for a specific pair of boots it will search the entire lower 48 not just your COLUMBUS REGION, Irritated to know that my call to the corporate office could’ve been avoided if someone would have been more knowledgeable and less ignorant and more of the want to actually HELP a Customer then just telling me that oh well they won’t even be on there way to us until February 19th. Not waiting that long I’ll drive and hour and have them the same day. Btw Springfield lady on the phone was extremely helpful and assured me that not only would there be one pair of them bad boys there there would be 2 pair. But now that I know that’s how things are at Reynoldsburg location I won’t be going back there ever not because of the boots but because of the Staff

Very nice boots. I have been wearing Red Wing boots for 12 years now. They are my favorite. They are rugged, comfortable, and stylish. They keep my feet dry and protected. The craftsmanship is excellent. The customer service is very knowledgeable and friendly. If you can afford them, they will serve you well for many years.

CC machine was down so they took my card number to charge me later. When they did charge the card it was weeks later and the wrong amount. Had to go back in and explain the issue. They did fix the problem, so that was good.

Very knowledgeable sales person! Some older knowledge, more new knowledge about size and fit concerning safety toe boots and types of soles. Great experience!
