I have duck feet! 10.5 EE. Red Wing is the only store that either has, or can order extremely well made, very comfortable, great fitting shoes and work boots for me. I have been a customer for longer than I can remember and as long as they are around I will be a loyal customer!

I bought a pair of boots there and arch supports after standing on their machine to measure my weight distribution.
I am very pleased and appreciate their competence thank you.

Was sized up for boots but unfortunately they didn't have my size. They ordered them and said they would be in in a week and they would call me. Never got a call a week and a half later so I called them and they told me they where in route and they would be in tomorrow and they would call when they got there. I never got a call so I called back and they gave me the same story. I never did get a call so I said forget it. I decided to call three weeks later to see if they ever came in and this time they tell me that they were on back order and now will arrive tomorrow. Nothing but excuses and lies. I guess I wasn't meant to wear Red Wing boots. My money is staying in my pocket.

Went here with my boyfriend. The single employee they had working was incredibly rude and said he wasn't going to help us if we weren't buying shoes from him right now today. He was very mean
