This place is usually friendly and professional. But on this particular visit I encountered a manager that was rude and disrespectful. I had a problem with my rewards points and his response was we don't control rewards points and that's not my problem. His behavior,  body language and tone used is not of someone in the people business. I would know since I am a General manager for a business in the same plaza. I asked to speak to his general manager and he got upset and started telling me that he did not care that I was threatening him which I never did. Definitely made uncomfortable that he would say that so I thanked him for his time and paid for my purchase and left. Unfortunately I will be going to a different AutoZone from now on.

Called up there to get some prices for parts for my truck. While I was talking I accidentally called my F150 a Ford150 the man that answer said, very rudely, "it's called a F150 sweetheart" and then continued to talk to me like I was a 5 year old. Finally he said that I should have my "man" call back up there so he can do the "man" things and I should go do the "women" things.
I needed 300 dollars worth in parts. Guess who didnt get the sale? Will not ever go there again. 

If you're in sales you need to learn to talk to people otherwise you shouldn't be allow to talk.

Pretty large auto zone open 24hrs.  Usually they have the part I need when the smaller stores do not. Good for late night jobs.

Easy on and off highway....Its open 24 hours a day.👍👍perfect for those late night projects or late night repairs..
