I went there to buy a new set of golfing irons. The rep that is part of the golfing department was on break. I was let into the testing area by a different rep who said the main would be back in a few minutes. I tried a few different clubs and found the one I liked the best. I went back out to the desk at the golf area, pressed the assistance button, and waited about 15 min. No one showed up. I saw another 6 customers also waiting for a rep that never showed up. decided to take my business elsewhere. I never expected to have bad service somewhere i was going to make a 700 dollar purchase. It was pretty disappointing.

I will never go back to a dicks sporting goods ever again! They are banning the sales of all ar-15's  all unsold are being destroyed.  Non-american company in my eyes.

Today I was told that it is company policy to not accept the yellow "Minnesota Driver's License Application Receipt" given by the state of Minnesota when you are waiting for your license to arrive.  According to the State of Minnesota this form and your voided license is the same as a valid license but not according to Dicks!  Oh well, no sales for you Dicks!

Horrible, horrible, horrible store. DO NOT go to this store, worst customer service. Tried to purchase treadmill, they lied about the delivery time. They delivered to me after 5 weeks and the delivery people broke my basement wall. They didn't assemble it because there was parts missing, ordered parts, it came and they never come back to assemble it which they promised they will. Worse of all, you call the store, they hang up the phone on you. What a waste of time!

DICK's Sporting Goods is a great store with nice employees that are very informative and really great to interact with. I have snagged some wonderful shoes at this location due to the great amount of sales they typically have going on. Thank you for some great experiences!
