Best pair of boots I have ever owned! They have a machine that measures your feet and not only gives the correct shoe size, but recommends the proper insert, as well. I have wide feet and they were able to put my boots on some kind of device that stretched them without damages.   The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely wants to see you in the right boot for your needs.  Customer for life!

One of the few places that carries a boot in widths and sizes. Not just a one size boot. Able to restock it stock.

Poor customer service from the owner. I have a very hard time finding shoes for my wide feet. This problem is quite frustrating and I was told red wing would help. Not so at this location. The owner would not order anymore shoes for me to try on after the first special order did not fit. I know shipping costs money but I would've bought several pairs if we had found any to fit. I'll shop somewhere that people want to be helpful

The employees are kind until you have an issue. Someone spilled a dark beer on my boots so I looked on this store’s website and it says that they offer free cleaning and conditioning and re-lacing for the life of the product. I took my soiled boots in and the guy literally said that they don’t have time for that. He said that the website is a mistake and they don’t offer any additional services. I am so disappointed, especially since I paid $350 for boots. I called the Winston Salem store and he was really helpful. He gave me cleaning instructions and told me that I can call anytime with questions. I called corporate to see if they can help me any further.

Manager was very rude. Owner was unhelpful. I asked them to do some exchanges that would have never been a problem at red wing stores i frequented in the past. They had no interest in helping because returning my defective products to red wing would cost them shipping. They lost a lifelong red wing customer at this location.
