The Shoe Market came highly recommended to me. Since then I have been twice and and will likely never go back, not because of the selection (which is great for comfortable shoes) but because the employees HARRASS you. It is incessant. So much so that my BF and I had to walk out the last time. We were asked by at least 5 employees in a matter of 10 minutes if we needed help. I brought my bf here to look for a nice leather belt which they also have a great selection of. While we looked at belts an employee stood over our shoulder and then immediately took the one we picked out of our hands saying he would hold on it for us. While I browsed the women’s shoes, a sales lady told me she liked the shoes I was wearing then proceeded to bring me similar styles to look at. We were so annoyed with the employees we left without the belt. There is no shopping in peace here so BEWARE!

Enjoyed shopping at the Shoe Market today. They always have a great selection & great service. For those of us who need “special, good looking shoes”, this is the place!!

After shopping here for many years I finally had the occasion to return a pair of boots the next day for a refund when I was told about their " no refund for any reason " policy. Now I am stuck with a store credit with a company I no longer wish to do business with. They should post their refund policy on a big banner with 3 foot tall letters across the store and take note of how many people turn around and leave when they see it, I certainly would have never bought anything from them if I had known.

My salesman took time to listen to what I needed in a shoe. He looked a several different brands of shoes until we found the best fit. I would highly recommend buying your shoes from them especially if you have special needs for your feet, back and knees.

My nephew and I bought my sister here for a pair of shoes. Her issues are small wide feet as well as swelling ankles. She didn't have to walk all over the store and we loved that. She was measured and shown several pairs. They are absolutely cute and she loves them. Which makes us HAPPY! They're also very stylish. So thanks Shoe Market for having such a wonderful selection of shoes for issues like my sister has.
