I have never been so offended in my life.  Do NOT use these people for pet cremation services they offer.  We paid $300 for their services and were told the ashes would be personally delivered to us within one week.  After 3 weeks of not hearing from the company, we called to see what the problem was.  After being insulted and mocked by JoAnne she told us she didn't know what arrangements we had made with her son (apparently that's who picked up our beloved dog after she passed), and that if we wanted the ashes we would have to come pick them up ourselves (even though we were told delivery was included in their service charge).

If their pet cremation services are any indication to their quality of character, I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE for ANY reason.

It's Amazing i had a almost similar experience with these people as the first reviewer. When my 14 yr old tabby died at home i turned to the ASPCA where i got a referral for this family owned business. First off i would never ever refer anyone to them nor would i go back there personally as they did not come across as pet friendly in the least, mistakes were made which caused further devastation at a critical time and there was a real no care attitude from everyone i spoke with. furthermore, the general vibe was not very welcoming. judging from the neighborhood these people may not have too many african americans walking through their doors quite often. Point blank i wish i had not spent my hard earned money in a place like this.
