My beloved wife passed away after a long battle with cancer and me along with other family members decided to look around the area for prices at local funeral homes. When we enter this funeral home after price checking another and in the beginning we were treat with kindness but the cost had gotten to rich for our blood. So then the funeral director wanted to see what kind of life insurance policy we had. My wife had two policies, one which she started a year before and another policy from her job. Now we had told the director that one of the policies claim was small because the policy needed to be pay in two year which didn't happened because my wife died. But the director kindness quickly turned to ugly rudeness when he refused to except a policy from her company which would have cover the cost saying it would take too long for the policy money to reach him for his taste. We were there to get an estimate but instead he gave us the cold shoulder and rush us out the door on top of making us feel small on our moment of sorrow and grief. I wouldn't recommend this funeral home to my worst enemy! _______________________________________
