My family has Been using Ortiz funeral home for years. Great service!

I just find it hard to believe that someone here actually complained about poor service, no coffee or parking?? Restrooms are inconvenient to get too? It's a funeral home. The whole point is to pay your respects, offer condolences to the grieving etc... It's not a country club with the latest amenities or luxuries. Try keeping things in perspective and keep your first world problems to yourself jerk. I swear people truly suck...

I'm not sure who is responsible but I am sick and tired of YELP and other businesses being irresponsible and sending me on a goose egg hunt.  If the URL says Ortiz R G Funeral Homes 22 1st Avenue, that is where I expect it to take me - not someplace random or different.  INFURIATING

Poor service. No coffee or any thing to drink or eat. No parking space. Bathroom are downstairs which are not for elderly. No projectors for side pictures. Needs loving care.

In 2009 my dad passed. Ortiz funeral home provided outstanding service to my family.
