I have an outstanding balance of credit does anyone know how I may get that cleared up? Been by several times and actually caught someone working.  They were kind enough to take my information and said that someone would call me the next day. That's been almost two months and no call yet.

Worst "jeweler" experience I have ever had, stopped by to get a 2 watches sized (a very simple job, especially when considering this is a dealer for the brand of watches I took in). Employee was incompetent in the simple job causing one of the watches to fall apart and drop to concrete causing unrepairable damage to the case, damaging the bracelet and making the timekeeping horrifically bad. The other watch had its pins put in backwards and had to have it re-done at a more professional jeweler. Went back to see what they would do as I do not trust them nor their "watchmaker" at this point to do a complex job since they obviously can't handle a simple one. Showed them the damage and they're so clueless they don't even understand what they're being shown. Do NOT waste your money here, check out literally ANY other jewelry/watch place in Charleston. There's no way someone has worse knowledge, experience or customer service than these folks.

So, are opals bad luck? 
My wife bought an opal ring here and had it for 3 months before one of the side stones fell out. She brought it back for repairs and was willing to pay to have it done. 6 months later she was told that she could pick up the ring as it was finished. Apparently it is hard to find the kinds of stones in the ring. 2 months later a side stone fell out. She has again returned the ring. 3 people handled the ring one with a jewelers glass and wrote it up before she left. 15 minutes later she is called and they tell here the opal is chipped and was she aware... Upon returning to the store to "verify" the damage before it can be repaired they mention 3 times that it must have taken quite a hit to chip; the damage is very noticeable (hint, hint). Really? Wonder why the three of you with the jewelers glass didn't notice it before she left. Thank you for the great customer service.

You have a wonderful family and we are so glad to have met you. Colucci's made my wife's custom engagement ring for me, She loves it, thank you again!  We also purchased our wedding set from them.  Great people!
