First time shopping with reeds, had no idea what to get my girlfriend for Valentine's day so I walked up to the Pandora counter and was greeted immediately and helped with a wonderful gift to give!!! I know I will definitely be back and continue to shop with reeds jewellers!!! Christina and Jessica were wonderful to work with.

Thumbs up! No pushy sales or anything of the sort. Melissa and the staff where all cool and calm! It was an educational experience if anything. Definitely coming back.

I have been into many Jewelers across the U.S. but have never received customer support like I did in this location. My Wife Holly has been asking for a new Pandora Charm & Bracelet(Which I know nothing about) I was greeted almost immediately by a very well dressed associate named Jessica Weaver. Luckily she seemed to know everything there was to know about Pandora. Everything she showed me was something my wife would love. She even tried different items on to show how they looked & compared. I could not have been happier with my experience. Saying this as a man buying jewelry for his wife, we need more people like Jessica to work with.

Awesome experience at Reeds Jewlers located in Wilmington NC Mayfair. Melissa Beck was helpful throughout the whole process from financing to point of purchase. I was nervous and she and her sales associates went above and beyond to make me comfortable and make sure it was the best experience anyone could have. I am in sales myself and learned allot from watching these people and how they interact with there customers. A+ guys and girls. Will make sure to send everyone I know your way and will definitely be back for future purchases!!!!

Great friendly staff and loved working with Bailey Pasin! She was wonderful and helped me pick out the perfect bracelet! I will definitely come back to see her when I buy again. She has the best attitude and provided wonderful customer service!
