Except for buying a ring for my wife, I had no idea of what kind I wanted to buy or what I could even afford. I gave Mr. Snowden the budget I had in mind and he and his staff made recommendations, and ultimately educated me and helped me decide upon a long overdue (20 years) engagement ring for my wife. Chris is always professional, friendly, and helpful. THANKS Snowden's Jewelers!

I took a lot of jewelry in to have it cleaned.  Some of the chains tangled in transit.  As I was trying to untangle them, Nikki said she would untangle them before she cleaned them.  And she said they would be ready in a few days.  When I went in to pick up my jewelry, Mr Snowden assisted me.  The fee for service was extremely reasonable.  For sure, I will shop there in the future.

Extremely friendly environment every time my watch has broken they have fixed it for no charge. Even though it is a minor fix I really appreciate the service. Every other store in town has charged me $5. Still a rather small fee but like everything it eventually adds up. I recommend this Jeweler over any other in town!

I worked with Mr. Snowden directly and he was super personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning and recommending to as many people as I can! He cleaned my ring and it looked brand new so I know the repair that I’ll be picking up later this week, will be perfect! Thank you!
