This was my first time here the food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Jamie was our waitress, and helped guide us through our selections and there were garlic knots when we first sat down. We did a bowl of cream of crab soup and the crab balls both with huge lumps of crab in them as an appetizer. They were both better than anything we got at the ocean. I hardly ever talk about the drinks but the sweet tea was perfect. Then came the sandwich turkey reuben I had a bite of the hubby's sandwich it was great. Then I dove into my Philly Mac and cheese we had chicken instead of steak. I loved it. Best Mac and cheese I've had in forever. Here's the kicker.... it's all homemade. Can't wait to go back and try couple other things. The carrot cake we got to go and ate at home was good. Not to many spices and coconut with cream cheese icing ... yummy.. hope u all enjoy.
Nice restaurant in downtown Mansfield on Central Park. The service was excellent and prices are reasonable. We ordered Fish and Chips, a Crab Cake with fries, Crab Soup and Spinach Salad, some Chips with Cheese Dip and a Chicken Quesadilla. The meals were great. We were impressed by the hot fries.
What a lovely lunch! We shared Turkey/Swiss sandwich with crab soup. Very good with lots of flavors. Jamie, our waitress, is such a sweet woman.
Pros: The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. Prices were good. Cons: The wait was long after ordering, almost 1.5 hours during peak dining hours. The dining area was chilly.
It was fabulous! The garlic knots were divine: warm, fresh and so tasty! I could have filled up on them, but the lasagna was even better! Very large helpings enough for dinner the next day. Attentive, friendly service by Jamie. She even brought me a decadent lava cake to celebrate my birthday! It was perfection. My dining partner loved everything she ordered too. She had plans to take half of her order "to go" but it was so good she ended up eating it all! Friendly staff. Clean and very nice atmosphere. Can't wait to return to try other menu items. I highly recommend the Reindeer Grill. Parking: Parked r8ght in front. Many spots avaiable.
Honestly, just good quality American food. Burger was huge/delicious and dad’s BLT had tons of bacon. And they threw in those garlic knots. What could be better after an intense visit to Shawshank!
Grilled chicken wrap was beautifully made and fries were delicious. You can see the care they put in their food. 10/10 recommend.
My daughter and I were visiting Mansfield Ohio for her birthday. While antiquing downtown the Reindeer Cafe came highly recommended by locals. Upon entering I noticed all the scriptures upon the walls and felt instantly at peace. The interior is very clean and relaxing! We were asked if it was our first time there and we confirmed. And the waiter brought us complimentary garlic knots. They were very tasty. My daughter had the double BLT and I had the turkey club! They both came out exactly how we ordered them and we were highly pleased. My daughter will never forgive me for informing them that it was actually her birthday! The waiter Brad brought her a freshly baked M&M cookie in a skillet, topped with vanilla bean ice cream and whipped topping! Also very tasty. Even the other customers joined in to sing Happy Birthday to her! It is definitely a place that I would enjoy visiting on a regular basis! Since I live in New York state, I will definitely make a wholehearted attempt to visit there when passing through to go visit my daughter in Illinois! Thank you so much for a very glorious time in Mansfield, Ohio!
The food was fantastic! The servings were large and cooked perfectly. Best garlic knots around!! The server was great, even is she was all alone and had a full house. Highly recommend this restaurant.
This was my first time ever going and I will definitely be back! The ambiance was great, this was the most cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. Service was awesome and the food was amazing! A little wait on the food as expected since it was busy but what surprised me is that the food was hot, and all was homemade!! Some of the best Mac n cheese I've ever tasted !! And you get complimentary garlic knots that taste lovely!! 10/10 experience. Oh also the price was amazing for how the food tasted and was plated!! I mean seriously this place was fantastic!
