I've driven by this place a million times  and decided to stop for lunch. Was very busy but wow was it worth the short wait. Service was excellent and food was so delicious.  Burger and Reuben with hand cut fries that weren't in the least bit greasy. We will definitely be back

This place is amazing!!! The food was delicious and the long island ice tea was top notch. Highly recommend. I will be driving the hour to here just to get the burger again. Prices very reasonable.

Friendly service, huge burgers and great prices. Very welcoming and great location downtown Mansfield. Great spot to hang out after exploring the Ohio State Reformatory Museum Shawshank!

Ate here while we were visiting Mansfield for a couple days. The atmosphere is nice, the staff was friendly and the food was good. We both got steak and it was amazing!!  The Long Iand teas were very good, too. I highly recommend this place.

We are from out of town and decided to check this place out since it was one of the top rated restaurants in the area. I read on another review about staff not being friendly or "bubbly" and I could agree slightly but that doesn't mean they were rude or poor servers. We came as a party of 6 and they got us a table ready right away and it wasn't that bad of a wait for our food to come out. All our food came out together and it was all hot and fresh and that's not even bragging about the food quality. The handcut fries are amazing all on their own and worth going just for that. We all got something different and we all loved the food. Only bad thing is they ran out of cornbeef so I had to get turkey on my Ruben burger but it was actually really good. Will definitely go back if I am in town.

Been awhile since i revisited mansfield since moving away. Grew up here so its nice to see an establishment as tasty as this readily available. Went at lunch, wasnt too much of a wait at all. Got a cup of beef veggie soup with a cheese steak burger while my buddy did the reuben burger with a plate of fries being shared between us. Plenty of fries for one order n the burgers tasting magnificent. Dont be fooled, they offer so much more than just burgers. Service was good, friendly n the place was clean. Definitely recommend n revist...

If you are a fan of Shameless, and would dig Fiona's diner, this is your place! Excellent food,  lots of adult drink choices.   Will come here alot more.Food: 4/5

Just a delicious hamburger, fresh, well-cooked, and great toppings. Fries were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. And, on a cold and rainy fall afternoon, you can't go wrong with a bowl of soup, hot and meaty and filled with fresh vegetables. If you want a great, stick-to-your-ribs meal and a decent selection of beer in a comfortable atmosphere for a decent price, you can't beat this place. Go grab a bite.

Great Steak! Huge Hamburgers! Excellent service! Uncle John is an institution in Mansfield. Always friendly, you feel like you're always welcome! My mother, Helen, used to go here about every weekend and I never heard her complain about Uncle John and his restaurant ever!Food: 4/5

Food was very good but don't plan on dinning with a group any larger than 6. We had to push a side table against a booth. This place is extremely small. 1 bathroom and about 15 tables. The inside is cool, different pictures and artwork. Reasonably priced. Close to a few other restaurants, located within a small complex. Actually, the night we went, there were food trucks and possibly a band getting ready to play outside on the green. You will have to find parking and walk a bit to get here.
