It used to be good! Every time we come  here we wait for more than 15 minutes just to be seated! I’m not sure if Fridays is trying to get rid of it’s customers! I feel like people that work there don’t understand that for them to keep their job the restaurant needs customers to be open! We meet a guy waiting to be seated and he also said the same thing “ it is getting worse”! I feel sorry! This restaurant is close to my home that and I have been coming here for the past 9 years that is why I keep coming here! I’m editing this review, because the waitress was so rude we decided to eat at the 110 grill! People there are friendly! I don’t need to pay to wait a long time and then, be mistreated! I hope the owner do something before it is too late, anyway I’m not coming back!

My friend & I went out for dinner & drinks or should I say a drink. We arrived at 7:18 on 9/30 & were seated right away & then it was down hill from there. We ordered our drink & weren't ready to order when the waitress brought our drinks. We decided what we wanted & when our waitress hadn't come back 15-20 minutes later my friend mentioned it to another waitress walking by. That waitress rudely stated they were short staffed & claimed there was only 2 of them on staff. No apology was made or anything & in fact there was actually 4 people working that night. Well when our waitress finally came back, she also didn't apologize for the wait & just took our order. When she brought our food she asked if we needed anything else & left. Never once did she come back & see if we needed another drink or water or anything else including dessert. We ate & waited for her to come back to order another drink, but instead she only came back to ask if we wanted boxes. We asked for separate checks & basically decided screw it we didn't want to order anything else at this point we just wanted to leave. She had in fact walked by us a few times to the table behind us. We were not rude or impolite in any way during this time. After she dropped off our check we both went up to the register to pay instead of waiting at the table, because we figured we would end up waiting another 1/2 hour before she would come back to us. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time we have gone to this location & each time the waitresses seem to just forget about their customers. To say we were very disappointed & upset is an understatement. We understand a lot of businesses including restaurants are short staffed, but to give customers an attitude like it's the customers problem or fault is poor customer service to say the least.

We stopped by around lunchtime. The food and drinks were ok. Their poor bartoeniwad also stuck being the waitress.

I ordered a delivery order for the second time, the first time they forgot the dressings for 2 salads, so I went out and bought some. The second time they forgot the sauce for the main dish, so I drove over to the store, which completely defeats the purpose of delivery, and asked for the sauce. After five minutes of waiting i went back to the kitchen to ask again for my sauce, they had 1 of the sauces ready, so I just said give me that so I can go. I don't know what they were doing back there, but if there is a mistake in the kitchen you take care of that first. They were taking care of other orders before fixing the mistake. I could of made a fresh burger with a hot running grill, faster then they were trying to make a sauce.

This used to be our favorite TGIFriday's location, but recently it has been truly disappointing.  The service is slow, and at times, non existent.  The tables, floor, and bathroom are filthy, and the whole environment feels run down and depressing.  The hostess seemed annoyed when we walked in, and seated us as if we were interrupting her.  Our waitress rarely came by our table, and the food service was terribly slow.  The food is good, I really like Fridays Whiskey Glaze anything, but everything else was just poor, and has been like that for a while now.  I hope they can get it turned around, but for now, I'll be passing on this Friday's location.

My granddaughter and I love TGI Fridays.  Our waiter was great and the food came out fast. Always delicious, We love our free refills on strawberry lemonade slushy.

I went there for dinner, at 4:45 PM today no one there to seat you.  I walked into bar area and asked bartender if I could just seat myself.  He said yes.  I waited 20 minutes at the table and finally asked the bartender if we can order and have a menu. He finally came over after chatting with two people at the bar.  It took another 15 minutes to get him to come over to place my order. I saw a girl cleaning a table and asked her if I can get my chips and salsa while waiting. She was very rude.    Another couple there had to go up and get a box from the bartender and ask for a check. This is not the way to run a business. I never had a problem with . Fridays until recently. . Very disappointed!

If you like load music for no reason go to this TGIF establishment.  I went for dinner and the music was blasting.  The waitress had to ask me to speak up to order.   I asked if they can lower it and the answer was a direct no.   The place is never filled and there are always tables to find.  Food was so so.  If they are going to close some TGIF this would be on the top of the list.

How is this place still open? This is the 2nd time I come here with my kids and same scenario. No one greets you at the door. Waitress try to hide from you when you ask for a host and to be seated they give extreme attitude. Today samething happened I got seated and we waited 25-30 minutes no one came to the table to take our order. Then another couple walked in and they got seated and the waitress immediately walked over to them. What was the issue? She overlooked us the ONLY waitress working. 2nd time we have wasted our time and walked out without a meal or even water. CLOSE DOWN stop wasting peoples time who come here hungry with their kids. The service here is disgusting and downgrading
