Reines has such wonderful staff! My husband searched for a local jeweler to create my engagement ring and was so impressed with how Reines helped him make the perfect setting.  We bought our wedding bands there (mine through the estate jewelry) and I've had them repair family jewelry pieces since then. We will return to Reines and love this Charlottesville business!

Truly amazing work.  I dropped off my 1968 Omega Seamaster DeVille and I am very pleased.  The crystal and case were buffed and polished, the face and movement was cleaned and inspected, and they were even able to reinstall the automatic function.  It did take about 5-6 weeks, but the wait was well worth it.  This is my third service for my Omega I have received from Reines, and I will continue to be a life long patron of their establishment.
