Family owned, quality work and lovely service. Highly skilled in their trade, they have repaired numerous pieces of fine jewelry for me as well as my mother. Also, they don't overcharge and are quite reasonable as far as cost goes.

I cannot say enough good things about Tuel Jewelers. I have been shopping with them for as long as I can remember. If they don't have something in stock, they are more than willing to work with you and place an order. This is a great local, family business. You are always greeted with a smile and they actually remember your name.

Always helpful and polite.  Gave appropriate suggestions for repairs and updates.  Extremely nice in all my transactions.  There must be more to the negative review.

I'm totally shocked by the bad review. They are a family business, and they know their business. They only do things the right way, from what I've experienced. They have a professional attitude, while still treating everyone very cordially. I trust them with my jewelry, and I don't ever feel like they are trying to make a sale.  Even now I am having one ring, an antique, resized, and another repaired. I'll let you know if the service is less than it always is!
