Excellent on every level.  After a fun day on the Riverfront we made an impromptu overnight stay here.  We had drinks and dinner at the bar, watched two SEC games and listened to two bands on the patio.  The entire staff from the bartender to the front desk were welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.  The rooms were well appointed, clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever experienced.  Request a river view from your room, you will not be disappointed.

The venue itself is great. The staff was snappy and didn't seem to want to help us. Numerous people had been double booked and shuffled around. The last night of our stay, they deactivated our key card and we were locked out of our room. Over all, not great experience. The spa and pool we're nice though.

Beautiful inside and out, from the fountain in the circular drive to the spacious, classical design of the lobby. I was there for a work event, and the staff was wonderful. The refreshments were tasty and well presented (lemon water, donuts, bagels and coffee were available). Our conference numbered around 2000 attandees and there was plenty of room for everyone, whether assembled in the auditorium or separated into for breakaway sessions or the Expo room. There were plenty of great places to eat within walking distance (if you haven't tried the Mellow Mushroom, you haven't lived). Overall a great experience; I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful venue for a large crowd.

The mattress and bedding was amazing. Like a cloud made just for me!! Restaurant inside was nice and quiet but prices a tad high. Would go back..... If just to get a wonderful nights rest!

I've attended a few conferences at the Renaissance. This time particular I was at the Diversity Summit. The hotel is still beautiful! The MPAC theatre is fit for any speaker and was the perfect spot for our keynote speaker. Lunch was provided from the Renaissance team. The meal was high quality (as always.) The rooms for break out sessions were spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was great.
