This place is a haven, and Daynette is incredible. I’ve had massages all over the country and different parts of the world, and this place is hands-down the best one I’ve ever had. Ever! In PRATTVILLE, of all places. 

I live in DC but am home for the holidays, and on Christmas Night I felt so tense and sore from general holiday prep and the stress associated with it, so I knew I needed a massage. But lately I’ve been leaving any massage appointment I have feeling like I didn’t get anything out of it, leaving me very wary of booking my next appointment. Thank God I found Total Freedom Wellness, because now I know where I can go to get a world-class deep tissue massage. 

Booking couldn’t have been easier. I found Total Wellness on Google, booked my appointment online, and was able to see Daynette this morning.

Best decision I could’ve made. It hurt so good. She worked out the numerous trigger points in my shoulders and hips, leaving me with that “good pain” that everyone wants out of a massage. She found a trigger point next to my shoulder blade that sent a BURNING referred pain sensation down my right arm. It was so weird- but so wonderful. 

After it was over, I immediately booked my next appointment for Friday morning. I couldn’t leave town without paying Daynette one last visit. It can’t get here soon enough! So glad I found this place- would highly recommend.

I've searched for the perfect deep-tissue massage for years, and this place has it! The infrared sauna is perfect after a massage, and June and Daynette are both super personable as well as gifted with their craft!

I have been twice to see June. Due to a car accident a couple of years ago, I've been to several different therapeutic massage therapists. June definitely has been the best. It's obvious she knows what she is doing and she is passionate about her job. I'm looking forward to more visits. After the first appointment I was headache free for about a week and a half. The second visit I spent time in the far infrared sauna and was able to see results within just a few hours. I highly recommend this place. The ambience is very relaxing and it is beautifully decorated.

June is a miracle worker, the spa is wonderful and I am going weekly to relieve the terrible tension and pain in my back.  It is the best of the best.
