Lake Meade pet hotel is amazing..... I have a special needs dog and they follow the instructions to the letter....I'm am an over protective pet parent and I'm never worried leaving any of my 4 babies there....Marcy the hotel manager always greets us fondly and remember all our needs so that I'm not having to explaining myself every time I go in which I am so gateful for because checking in 4 dogs can be very chaotic..... I'll Hotel employees have a genuine fondness for the pets that they are in charge of.... it shows in their behaviors and in their expressions and it is something I definitely look for...... all our personal items are always returned in good condition in good condition as well as my babies....... thank you Marcy and gang for all you've done for my babies

I scheduled my two dogs for the grooming salon. When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes until someone was able to help us. While we waited we noticed one grooming employee on the phone texting while the dog was there, it was to the point where someone has to ask her if she was done. She gave her a nasty look and said no and returned to her phone. Another employee was pulling at the dog she was grooming. If you care about your dog I would not recomend this grooming salon. I’ve been taking my dogs to Petsmart grooming for years and I recently moved closer to this particular one. They have horrible phone service and I’ve never seen them while working in dogs but now that I have I will making the longer drive to take my dogs to a different location. So finally after waiting the 30 minutes we are next to drop our dogs off and turns out we weren’t scheduled for that day. The girl I scheduled with scheduled me for the following month and had only scheduled one of my two dogs. This place is a total waste of time. When I spoke to the Manager Maria she apologized but I don’t feel she actually cared. She gave me the usual rehearsed apology. The girl who scheduled me should of taken the extra minute to make sure she was doing her job correctly. I get it everyone is human and makes mistakes but I feel this is one of those incidents that could of been avoided had she verified. I even verbally confirmed everything after “ok so this Saturday at 11 for my two dogs correct?” And she confirmed. My pets are very important to me and watching that employee pull and tug on that poor dog was not something I would like to be done to my pet. We trust these workers to treat our pets with care while we are not there. The last time I took my dogs to this location they didn’t call me when they were done and after 3 hours I had to call to get an update. Turned out my dogs were done 2 hours ago! I should of known then to not return. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate because that’s just two incidents I’ve mentioned but I will not let this go unnoticed, I would hate for something to happen to any pet because of their carelessness.

The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. We buy our pet products there, use their grooming service, and go to the Banfield Vet inside. Pretty convenient.

The young plump lady at the counter (not mentioning any names) is rude- no hello,, thank you, goodbye, and she placed my change on the counter rather than in my hand. In some countries that means "pi*s off".
