We were visiting for a friend's wedding and had an excellent stay. The staff had the crib set up by the time we got to our room. The included breakfast hit the spot. We had a problem with the bathtub drain, but Kevin, at the front desk, was very quick to fix it up. All of the staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Mountain View / Palo Alto area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I had an issue with my reservation but the staff was happy to assist me and make sure my issue was resolved. Complimentary wine was available during dinner and there was enough for all the guests to enjoy.

Rooms are well provisioned and include kitchen and living room in addition to standard overnight fair. Setting off property is very similar to a nicer apartment complex including common areas for broader enjoyment of those staying short term or for a longer amount of time. Lots of dining options in very close proximity. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Central location near downtown mountain view and the highways. Clean rooms that feel a bit more like home because of the kitchen and direct walkup from outside. Friendly staff.

Run don't walk from this place. The carpet is from 1970 and it is a sh#$ hole right off the sidewalk on El Camino real. Had a homeless guy wake me as he shuffled to the street. The pool is the size of a hot tub right off the sidewalk on an extremely busy interection. Run, run, run from this dive. It is seriously not right.
