We are loyalty members (Marriott Rewards) and when we checked in, we asked about upgrading our 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom. Front desk said they were sold out for the night. We left for the evening and when we came back later we noticed the parking lot was nearly empty which we thought was odd for a sold out hotel. I got online and checked and was able to book a 2 bedroom room for the nights we were staying - despite being told it was sold out by the front desk. When I went to the front desk, they game me excuses as to why but then did say we could upgrade if we wanted. Complete runaround and no way to treat "loyalty" customers. We won't ever stay at this property again.

Great hotel. Convenient to offices in Cottonwood Heights. Great views of the mountains. Great service like all Residence Inns, just a little older. But still very good.

Front desk was warm, friendly and informative. The dry cleaning services were prompt. And the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious!

The toilet broke as soon as I got into the room, then the phone was disconnected so I couldn't call the front desk right away. The first room smelled fine but the room I recieved after the toilet issue stank like sweaty person and french fries. The staff was really nice though.
