Honestly what is the point...only open from 09.30 - 13.30 and they don't pick up the phone. When you do manage to get through they just hang up on you!  This is just a joke.  I've had an open query for months now. No response via email, not able to ring up and just keep getting hung up on. I did manage to get a name 'Tony' before he hung up out of no where.... How long are they going to have that rediculous 'high call volume, please try again later' automated message?! Is there even anyone working in the office? I know it's holidays season but c'mon! The world just doesn't stop.

Absolute disgrace. EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL NOBODY IS PICKING UP. Literally every single time. What’s the point of having that office there. Nobody is working there or they’re just eating and chatting every shift. PLUS PUTTING A WRONG NUMBER ON GOOGLE SO WE DONT CALL. I’m disgusted that the people of Ireland contribute to tax and this is going on. Nonsense.I can see why you have a 1star. This needs to stop asap. Poor people being overtaxed and not able to afford to live because of you.

This is the worst government services ever that woman who answered my call is unspeakably evil I’ve been calling this number and waiting for over 20 minutes01 738 3660 … after my second question regarding the tax credit the lady put me to talk with the robot and hang up my call…

Useless. Service is not fit for purpose, can’t answer a phone call

I waited 15 minutes on the line just for him to pretend he didn't hear me even though the previous representative heard me just fine. 15 minutes just to get hung up on and not have my problem solved.

I rang on Friday to make an enquiry and I honestly have never been spoken to so rudely in my life, talking to me like I was simple because I rang to ask a question! It has put me off dealing with the revenue for a long time and I hope the woman that answers the phone learns some manners!

Was just on then phone to one of your colleagues and she was so rude. I was asking for some information and she hung the phone up on me . You need to train your staff it doesn't take much to be polite

What a waste of people's time, from the message you get when you ring it appears not to exist anymore...
