People have to stay alert. People are not receiving their tax refunds instead are getting told their checks have been cashed for some reason or are given another excuse. This should not be happening specially since their are families in need.
If I could give zero stars, I would. After trying three different numbers, all of which go to the same recorded message, I finally thought I was about to speak to a person, and the recording said they were too busy, and I should call back tomorrow. Really? Wouldn't need to speak to a person, except the letter they sent makes absolutely no sense, and before I reply I need to know what they're trying to say in the letter. HORRIBLE!
They try to scam people and they don’t tax fairly
I'm confused on how this is the correct way to run any type of operation? Do people actually work there or just a system that reroutes you?
I was surprised how fast I got the service I needed here. At first, I thought that I will spend all day waiting in line, but it turned out there was no line. The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions, and even gave me a very helpful advice that prevented me from coming back for more documents. Make sure that you don't have anything that could be used as a weapon, or you'll have to hide it in the bushes across the street. No knives, pepper sprays or guns.
The IRS is boiling my blood. They are out to steal from people. There needs to be someone on the phone NOT a automated machine! I have called 115 times and counting and not have yet been able to get to someone!
I have called the number to make an appointment to see where did my refund went to and went through all the unnecessary formalities only to be hung up on. Most rude experience thus far.
Never anyone to talk to; only; just an automated phone message. The real phone numbers to talk with a person must be unlisted. Government at its finest this is not.
Ummmmm where’s my tax refund? Nobody ever answers the phone due to “high business calls”
Chanced calling, that service seems useless, decided, since I was going to town I would just go to the building, turns out to be a good choice. Ladies at the desk, friendly, helpful, professional. I was seen by a very helpful tax man. Will try this way next tax issue. Must bring photo ID
