The worst experience of my life. Do not go to this location! The staff is very rude. The irs representative there was extremely rude! She skipped my number three times knowing I had an appointment! Mind you, I was the only BLACK WOMAN!! There! I wish I could somehow raise this issue to corporate because I was definitely being discriminated against! Do not! I repeat, DO NOT! Go to this location! As much as I hate going downtown for any reason, downtown is way better than this racist dump!

I have never received my state refund from last year and still haven't for this year. I've tried everything I need to speak with a human. Why is the state trying to steal from me? I barely go by and honestly overpay for taxes. I simply want my money!
