Went to do some research on a possible buy. Had the pleasure of working closely along with Mo, he was very informative on everything I needed to know and understand. Made my experience a much more easier and pleasant one. He really took the time to scope out what was a better investment and made me laugh from the moment I got there. I have been servicing my car here since 2009. I use service adviser, Tony. He is a true gem. Honest, professional and very aware of my needs. When he promises a return time of my car, its ready. He quotes me a price, that's what it is. I am sure the other advisers are professional but Tony takes it to the next level! Thank you Tony, everyone is quick to point out flaws but I want to point out when things are great. I hope you get the recognition you deserve! Thank you Rick Case.

I can't say enough about the "Case" family...   What an amazing experience I've had.  The GM Adrienne, who is VERY easy to work with,  has built an extremely professional and fun team.  Definitely a customer for life.  (4 cars from there already)
